I recently spent 4 days in Brisbane participating in an advanced skin surgery workshop. This entailed flying to Brisbane, catching the train into the city and being fully occupied indoors for the 4 days in a central city hotel. I had about an hour of light in the mornings and 15-30 mins in the evenings before dark so photographic options were severely restricted. Knowing this would be the case I had taken only my Fuji X100 and enjoyed some time engaged in city street photography again. Low morning light angling through the urban canyons as the locals hurried about their work and leisure made for some, interesting images and distracted my brain from drowning in surgery overload.
